When was Pokemon Sleep released and for what platforms?

In February, the announcement of Pokémon Sleep's launch in Summer 2023 created anticipation with the game set to be released for IOS and Android. Android users had the opportunity to pre-register the app starting from July 6, 2023. The initial rollout on July 17, 2023, covered Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and select Latin American countries. It's noteworthy that Pokémon Go has previously introduced new features early in Australia and New Zealand due to their smaller populations.

These regions were also part of the Pokémon Sleep beta, which was initially available to Android users in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, and Canada, and later expanded to other Latin American countries. The subsequent launch followed: Australia, Canada, Latin America, and New Zealand on July 17th, select countries in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East on July 18th, select countries in Asia on July 19th, and both the United States and Japan on July 20th.
