P. J. Fleck, also known as Philip John Fleck Jr., has been the head coach of the Minnesota Golden Gophers in the Big Ten Conference since 2017. Hailing from Sugar Grove, Illinois, Fleck started for Northern Illinois in 1999 and played till 2003.
