Shuvagata returns alongside uncapped Sunzamul for Bangladesh

Six years after his last one-day international appearance, Shuvagata Hom is back in Bangladesh's squad to face Sri Lanka.

Shuvagata Hom could make his first one-day international outing since 2011 after being included in Bangladesh's squad to take on Sri Lanka.

The off-spinning all-rounder's last ODI appearance came six years ago against West Indies, and he is joined in the 16-man party by uncapped left-arm spinner Sunzamul Islam.

Mahmudullah keeps his place, following reports he was to be dropped from Bangladesh's limited-overs squads.

After the two-Test series, which Bangladesh trail 1-0, they will take on Sri Lanka in three ODIs, starting at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium on March 25.
