Anthony Hernandez is a prominent mixed martial artist who is currently signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). the middleweight fighter was born in Dunnigan, California, USA, on October 18, 1993, and has been an active competitor since 2014. Drawn towards combat sports since his childhood days, Hernandez quit college to explore prospects in combat sports and make a career out of it.

Anthony Hernandez had a stint in the world of mixed martial arts initially as an amateur in 2010. He had a dream run as an amateur fighter where he won 9 fights and only suffered one loss. His only amateur loss came against Justin Jones. The duo locked horns with each other at KOTC: Fighting Legends on April 13, 2013. Hernandez had a bad day at the office and ended up losing via first-round submission.
