The former Brave FC welterweight champion, Carlston Harris made his way into the UFC in 2021. For his promotional debut, the Guyanese fighter was tested against Christian Aguilera and won the bout via an anaconda choke in the first round of the bout. He also earned a 'Performance of the Night' bonus for his showcase.

For his second outing in the UFC, Harris faced Impa Kasanganay in September 2021 and won the bout via a first-round TKO.

Nevertheless, Carlston Harris immediately bounced back from his loss to Shavkat Rakhmonov by defeating Jared Gooden via a unanimous decision in March 2023. He also secured another win against Jeremah Wells via an anaconda choke submission in August 2023.

His last fight did not favor the Guyanese fighter as he got KO'd by Khaos Williams in May 2024.
