Dominick Reyes vs. Dustin Jacoby is an upcoming mixed martial arts event organized and produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship, that will take place on June 8, 2024, at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, United States. The light heavyweight bout will mark the return of the former title challenger, Dominick Reyes inside the octagon against Dustin Jacoby.

Dominick Reyes is coming off a first-round knockout loss to Ryan Spann in his last fight at UFC 281 on November 12, 2022. The fight took place as a catchweight bout as Spann missed weight but still Reyes could not make it against Spann. Reyes has not won any of his fights since 2020 when he lost to the current UFC heavyweight champion, Jon Jones. Moreover, Reyes is currently on a four-fight loss streak and however ranked as the No.15 contender in the light heavyweight division. Hence it is his last chance to stay as a ranked contender in the division before losing out.

Meanwhile, Dustin Jacoby is coming off a decision loss to Alonzo Menifield in his last fight at UFC 296 on December 16, 2023. The fight took place in Las Vegas, United States, and Jacoby lost the three-rounder. Hence, it is his chance to go up against a ranked contender and find his place in the rankings table.
