Geoff Neal is an American professional mixed martial artist who competes in the middleweight and welterweight divisions of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). In his childhood, Neal tried his hand at football at the university level, but it couldn’t hold him for long. He transitioned into mixed martial arts and worked on carving out a career out of it.

Geoff Neal entered the professional mixed martial arts circuit in 2012 in a welterweight bout against Steve McAfee at Xtreme Combat Productions: Blood & Glory. Neal put on a dominant show by making quick work of McAfee; Neal picked up a first-round submission win and announced his arrival on the professional scene. He suffered his professional loss in the third fight against Martin Sano. The duo squared off against each other 24/7 Entertainment 9 on April 19, 2013, where Sano handed Neal his first loss by submitting him in the third round.

After crafting an impressionable career as a professional in different professional fight promotions, Geoff Neal competed at Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series 3. He locked horns with Chase Waldon and dispatched him in the first round by knocking him out in the third round of the bout. Neal was signed by the UFC after the match.
