Molly McCann is a British MMA fighter. Nicknamed "Meatball," she currently competes in the women’s flyweight division at the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Molly McCann made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs. Till on May 27, 2018, against Gillian Robertson. She lost the fight by a rear naked choke in Round 2. Since then, she has become a 1-time winner of Fight of the Night and a 2-time winner of Performance of the Night in the lead mixed martial arts promotion. Before her UFC career, she also competed at Cage Warriors, where she was a former 1-time Cage Warriors Fighting Championship Women’s Flyweight Champion. McCann is a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
