Joshua Van, "The Fearless," is a 23-year-old fighter in the UFC's flyweight division (125 lbs). Born on October 10, 2001, in Hakha, Myanmar, Van moved to the United States and competes out of Houston, Texas, for 4oz Fight Club. He comes in at 5'5" with a reach of 65 inches and has an orthodox stance and a freestyle fighting style. Van started his professional MMA fighting career in 2021 with Fury Fighting Championship, with a 7–1 record. Importantly, he won the Fury FC Flyweight title after submitting Cleveland McLean in the second round of Fury FC 72 on December 18, 2022.

His UFC debut was on June 24, 2023, at UFC on ABC 5, where he won via split decision against Zhalgas Zhumagulov. Van kept building with victories over Kevin Borjas, Felipe Bunes, Edgar Cháirez, Cody Durden, and Rei Tsuruya. The fight with Tsuruya at UFC 313 was historic as it was the first UFC match between two fighters born in the 2000s. As of May 2025, Van stands professional with a record of 13–2, out of which six are knockouts, two are submissions, and five are decisions. He is currently ranked No. 14 in the UFC flyweight division and is set to battle Bruno Silva at UFC 316 on June 7, 2025.
