Nikita Krylov is one of the top contenders in the light heavyweight division in the UFC. He made his professional debut in the sport in 2012 against Alexander Umrikhin at West Fight 4. Krylov made quick work of his rival and knocked him out in the first round to win and start his career on a winning note.

After compiling an impressive professional MMA record of 15 wins and two losses, Krylov made his promotional debut in the coveted UFC. He was welcomed to the octagon by Sao Palelei on August 31, 2013. Krylov lost the fight but bounced back in his later bouts in the promotion, establishing a multi-fight winning streak. Krylov has secured notable victories over fighters like OSP, Johnny Walker, Alexander Gustafsson, Volkan Oezdemir, and Ryan Spann in the UFC.
