Jun Yong Park is a prominent professional mixed martial artist from South Korea. He is currently signed with the leading professional mixed martial arts organization, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he competes in the middleweight division. Park made his professional debut in 2013 and spent his initial years as a professional competitor in multiple professional fight organizations.

Jun Yong Park made his way into the UFC on August 31, 2019, riding high on an impressive record of 10 wins and three losses. Anthony Hernandez welcomed him into the octagon at UFC Fight Night: Andrade vs. Zhang in Shenzen, China. Park couldn’t cross the line in the match and ended up losing by a second-round submission after Hernandez clutched him in an anaconda choke. He found his touch in the following fights in the organization and established a three-fight winning streak by securing victories against Marc Andre Barriault, John Phillips, and Tafon Nichukwi.

Jun Yong Park is now braced up to feature in a significant fight opposite Brad Tavares in his upcoming match. He will share the octagon with Tavares on July 20, 2024, at UFC on ESPN: Lemos vs. Jandiroba in the UFC Apex Facility, Nevada, Las Vegas, USA. Park and Tavares will be a part of the co-main event of the night.
