Vicente Luque, born on November 27, 1991, is a Brazilian American professional mixed martial arts fighter who currently competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in the welterweight division. Currently, he holds the No. 11 spot in the rankings of the promotion's welterweight division.

Luque was born to a Brazilian mother and a Chilean father in Westwood, New Jersey. Since his maternal grandmother served as a diplomat for many years in Chile, his mother was brought up there, where she met and later married his father before coming back home to America to reside permanently.

Vicente Luque was raised trilingually, speaking Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently. Beginning karate classes as soon as he could walk at age three, Luque eventually trained in various forms of martial arts, beginning karate training at just four. At age 6, Vicente moved from Mexico to Brazil with his mother and continued training in karate until age 10.

After trying soccer briefly, he transitioned into Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a teenager before transitioning into mixed martial arts in 2008. By 2021, he had achieved both black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Luta Livre on the same day.
