As a monotype ice type, Regice is 2x weak to fighting, rock, steel and fire type moves, is immune to nothing and only resistant to ice type moves.

Shiny Regice

It is nearly impossible to tell the difference between regular Regice and Shiny Regice. That is because the only real difference is the color of its body as Shiny Regice is a deeper blue shade as compared to the normal version. This slight change in color hue is the only difference between regular Regice and Shiny Regice. Thus to be sure if you have encountered a Shiny Regice, pay close attention to it entering battle as, like all Shiny Pokemon, Shiny Regice displays a starry animation upon entering battle.

Best Moveset

If you find that your team is weak to special type moves, Regice can counter any special attacking Pokemon through virtue of its incredible special defense. While Regice can prove rather ineffective in many other forms of battle, it can defend against special attacking Pokemon with ease. Consider running Rock Polish, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, and Focus Blast to have the best chance of success with Regice.
