Gonzalo Higuain is an Argentinian footballer who plays as a striker for Major League Soccer club Inter Miami C.F. Higuain moved to MLS in 2020 and has now become the captain of Inter Miami. Pipita has played for some of the biggest clubs in the past which include Real Madrid, Juventus, Napoli, Chelsea and more.

Higuain made his football debut back in 2005 with Club Atletico River Plate. The Argentine attracted the interest of some of the biggest clubs in the world, when he scored 15 goals in his 37 appearances for the Argentine club. It certainly was a dream come true for Higuain when Real Madrid signed him for €12 million in 2007. Pipita scored 121 goals from 264 appearances for Los Blancos and left the club in 2013.

Gonzalo Higuain then joined Italian club Napoli in 2013 where he stayed for 3 years. At Napoli, Higuain set a a new Serie A record by becoming the highest ever goal scorer in a single season by scoring 36 goals. This was certainly one of the best spell in his career.

Impressed with his performance in Serie A, Italian giants, Juventus signed the player for €90 million in 2016. However, the Argentine had a difficult spell with Juve and was loaned after two seasons with the Italian club. Higuain ended up at AC Milan and also at Chelsea for two loan seasons and in the end, he returned to Juve in 2019. He played another season for Juventus before leaving to Inter Miami C.F

Higuaín, along with global cover star Lionel Messi, featured on the Italian cover of EA Sports' multi-platform video game FIFA 15.
