The venerated Amanda Lourenco Nunes made her octagon debut at UFC 163 on August 3, 2013, against Sheila Gaff and won the fight via TKO in the first round. Since then, her UFC stint has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. She became the UFC women's bantamweight champion for the first time in 2016 and later the double champion by adding the women's featherweight title in 2018. She has had a total number of seven title defenses in her UFC career across both weight classes.

Nunes defended the UFC women's bantamweight title in her last fight against Irene Aldana at UFC 289 on June 10, 2023.
