Arman Tsarukyan is an Armenian-Russian professional mixed martial artist. He is currently signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship and competes in the lightweight division of the promotion. He started as an amateur in mixed martial arts in 2016 at the Cup of Khabrovsky and switched to professional mixed martial arts in 2015.


Arman Tsarukyan locked horns with Shamil Olakhanov in the inaugural match of his professional career at MFP: Assault Nights of Spassk 2015. He made a powerful statement by finishing Olakhanov in the opening round via TKO. Tsarukyan suffered the first loss of his professional career in the second professional fight of his career when he faced Alexander Belikh. The duo squared off on December 12, 2015, at MFP: Eastern Rubicon. Belikh put his lights off and defeated him by a first-round KO.


Arman Tsarukyan recovered from his first loss and accelerated his way through, amassing an impressive winning streak of 12 fights before making his entry into the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He made his debut in the coveted professional mixed martial arts promotion on April 20, 2019 at UFC Fight Night: Overeem vs. Oleinik against Islam Makhachev. The fight went through the stipulated three rounds and Tsarukyan came up short by losing via unanimous decision.
