Dylan Strome is a Canadian center who plays for the Washington Capitals in the National Hockey League (NHL). Born in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada on March 7, 1997, Strome played his youth hockey with the Toronto Marlboros. He was drafted third overall by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2015 NHL entry draft. After leaving the Coyotes, he joined the Chicago Blackhawks in 2018 before signing with the Capitals on July 14, 2022.

Strome has represented Canada internationally, winning silver medals at both the 2017 World Junior Championship and 2019 World Championships. He comes from a hockey family as his older brother Ryan Strome plays for the Anaheim Ducks in the NHL and his younger brother Matthew plays for the Hershey Bears in the American Hockey League (AHL), as of May 2025.
