George Jesse Hill Jr. is a professional American basketball player born on May 4, 1986, in Indianapolis, USA. He plays point guard and is currently playing for the Indiana Pacers in the NBA league. George Hill belongs to the African American ethnicity and was the only child of his parents. He entered the league after joining the San Antonio Spurs in 2008. Hill has received several awards and honors during his tenure with Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. The Spurs surprised many by picking Hill with their 26th pick in the first round. All were expecting that the Spurs would select Mario Chalmers.
