Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett has been one of the most enjoyable lightweight division MMA fighters in the UFC. However, such habits often lead to his weight increasing for which fans have often criticized him as “Fatty Paddy.” Nevertheless, despite gaining, so much weight, he always succeeds in losing his weight before his next fight. For this, he has mentioned his “chef” Joel McCarthy for making him follow “calorie deficit” as his weight loss technique. The Baddy stated that his chef ensures that he gets the right amount of nutrition during his training camp days. This helps him to consume 1400 to 1700 calories per day. Resultantly, he returns to his normal weight and can put great performances for his fans inside the Octagon.

How fast can Paddy Pimblett cut weight?

Paddy Pimblett can cut weight pretty fast despite being a foodie. He has stated in interviews that he eats around 8,000 calories a day after his fights. While this causes his body to fatten up, he cuts back by exercising and attending training camps. He has explained in his YouTube videos that his breakfast consists of proteins around 300 to 350 calories, his lunch is around 450 to 520 calories, dinner is 470 to 500 calories, and finally dessert around 220 to 230 calories. After this, he goes on a walk for about 6 miles which helps him burn the calories. All this helps him to cut his weight and get back in form before a fight. His chef and nutritionist Joel McCarthy is crucial to his cutting weight.
