Iga Natalia Swiatek is a Polish tennis player who achieved a career-high singles ranking of No. 1 in the world in April 2022. Swiatek has won five Grand Slam singles titles as of April 2025 — four French Open titles and a US Open title. She is the first tennis player from Poland to win a major singles title. As of April 2025, Swiatek has won 22 singles titles, including ten WTA 1000 titles, with four coming in 2024. In 2025, she advanced to the quarterfinals of the Stuttgart Open (lost vs. Jelena Ostapenko), the Miami Open (lost vs. Alexandra Eala), and the Dubai Tennis Championships (lost vs. Mirra Andreeva). She also reached the semifinal of the 2025 Indian Wells Masters, where she lost against Andreeva in three sets (7-6, 1-6, 6-3).
