Grand Slam debut in 2022

Quinn and his partner Nicholas Godsick won the doubles at the 2022 USTA Boys 18s National Championship, earning them a wildcard into the main tournament of the 2022 US Open. They won the final 6-4, 6-0 over top seeds Sebastian Gorzny and Alex Michelsen, who had won the Wimbledon Junior doubles in 2022.

Quinn reached the final of the singles event in the same competition, but lost in four sets to Learner Tien. Quinn received a wildcard into the singles qualifying at Flushing Meadow for reaching the final. In the first round of the Flushing Meadows qualifying tournament, Quinn upset his higher-ranked compatriot Ernesto Escobedo 5-7, 6-4, 6-4.
