Who will Roman Reigns face at Summerslam 2023?

Roman Reigns is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time and is the longest reigning WWE Universal Champion with a monumental title reign of 1050+ days on his second reign as a Universal Champion and fourth reign as a WWE Champion. After his return in 2021, he established himself as a heel by joining hands with his special counsel, Paul Heyman. Roman Reigns invested his heel intentions on his cousins “The Usos” and started “The Bloodline” stable. All the three were successful as “one” and went on a gold hunt to bring championships to the stable. Roman Reigns won the WWE Championship from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 and unified it with the Universal Championship to become Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. The Usos won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship from The Mysterios and later won the Raw Tag Team Championship from The RK-Bro. They unified into one and became the undisputed Tag Team Champions. Sami Zayn joined the Bloodline as a Honorary member and assisted them to retain their titles and plan strategies to secure a win for the stable. Solo Sikoa, the younger brother of The Usos joined The Bloodline at Clash at the castle in 2022, assisting Roman Reigns to retain his title against Drew McIntyre. The Ones were so successful that they surpassed almost all the records of the championships they hold. But 2023 didn't turn out good for The Bloodline as it started seeing the decline and internal tensions. Thus Roman Reigns has to fight his own blood at SummerSlam 2023. Roman Reigns is said to face his cousin, “The Right Hand Man”, “Main Event” Jey Uso at SummerSlam 2023. As we know that The Bloodline has been subjected to internal tension since 2023, it has witnessed some harsh twists and turns. Sami Zayn betrayed Roman Reigns by hitting him with a chair to save Kevin Owens from attack, which resulted in being humiliated by other members of The Bloodline except Jey Uso. Jey Uso teased a possible crack, but reunited with their family after weeks. The Usos lost their titles to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at the main event of WrestleMania 39, Day 1. The crack got worse, as Roman Reigns was unhappy with The Usos as they failed to recapture the titles. Reigns and Solo went to bring the titles back to The Bloodline sidelining The Usos, and bullying Jimmy Uso. Jimmy Uso cost the match as he turned on Roman Reigns during the tag team titles match by kicking Roman’s head off. Jimmy was kicked out from The Bloodline and Jey joined him by standing against Roman and Solo Sikoa. They had a tag team match between them, where Roman Reigns consumed defeat for the first time in 3 years. When Roman Reigns was called for a trial in the Tribal Court, Reigns and Solo brutally attacked the Usos, which made Jimmy injured and admitted for medical observation. Jey challenged Roman Reigns on Jimmy’s behalf for a Tribal Combat Match at SummerSlam 2023, in which both Roman Reigns’ Universal Championship and his “Trial Chief” title is said to be defended.
