Joe Jackson, born on October 4, 2004 is a redshirt freshman at the Kansas State Wildcats playing in the running back position. He took an interest in football at the tender age of four and started playing at the Ridge Community High School.
During his junior season, Jackson totalled 1,011 yards and nine touchdowns after serving as a backup in his sophomore season. As a senior, Jackson rushed for 1.143 yards and 20 touchdowns in seven games.
