Mixed marsupial arts! Kangaroos come to blows at Perth Super 6
Forget Anthony Joshua versus Joseph Parker, it was a couple of riled kangaroos settling their scores at the World Super 6 in Perth.
It was a scrap to reach the last 16 at the World Super 6 in Perth on Saturday, but the battle was not just consigned to the players in Australia.
While the likes of overnight leader Brett Rumford and Lee Westwood were dealt metaphorical blows by missing out after enduring miserable days at the Lake Karrinyup Country Club, physical strikes were being landed at the side of the course.
A couple of worked-up kangaroos, perhaps involved in an argument over where the out-of-bounds mark is, clearly had a score to settle, with a series of punishing punches landed between the warring foes.
On this evidence, if Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather Jr go to battle again this year in the Octagon, don't be surprised to see a mixed marsupial arts battle proposed on the undercard...
