Roy, Archer and Sarfraz hit with ICC fines
England duo Jason Roy and Jofra Archer have been sanctioned along with Sarfraz Ahmed for offences committed in Pakistan's 14-run Cricket World Cup win at Trent Bridge on Monday.
Roy was fined 15 per cent of his match fee for using 'audible obscenities' following one of several England misfields.
The England opener, who dropped Mohammad Hafeez on 14 before the all-rounder went on to make 84, has also been given one demerit point by the governing body.
Seamer Archer was given the same punishment for his reaction to a wide being signalled as Pakistan piled on the runs in Nottingham.
Pakistan captain Sarfraz was docked 20 per cent of his match fee and his team-mates lost 10 per cent of their fees for a minor over-rate breach.
The ICC Champions Trophy holders were just one over short of bowling all 50 in the allotted time.
All three players admitted the offences and accepted the charges.
