Victoria Azarenka, a Belarusian professional tennis player, was a former world No. 1 in January 2012. However, as of December 2024, her ranking is world No. 20 in singles. Among her 21 WTA Tour singles victories are two majors at the Australian Open in 2012 and 2013. She has advanced to four major finals in women's doubles, won ten WTA Tour doubles titles, and peaked at No. 7 in the world in July 2008. She has developed rivalries with various WTA Tour players over her career. With at least 15 meetings between the three women, her rivalry with Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova ranks among the most important on the WTA Tour.

Victoria Azarenka has won four Grand Slam titles in her career as of December 2024, making her the first Belarusian player, regardless of gender, to win a major, including the 2012 and 2013 Australian Open titles in the singles category. She has won two Grand Slam titles in the mixed double category, which include winning the 2007 US Open with fellow Belarusian Max Mirnyi and the 2008 French Open alongside Bob Bryan. She has also advanced to the US Open major final three times, losing to Naomi Osaka in 2020 and Serena Williams in 2012 and 2013.
