Mikhail Yegorov, born on 7 March, 2006, is a Russian ice hockey goaltender who is considered as one of the top goaltending prospects eligible for the upcoming 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

Mikhail Yegorov initially started his hockey career with CSKA Moskva U16 team during the 2021-22 season, and lateradvanced to play for CSKA Moskva U17 and U18 teams. He later dressed for the Kransnaya Armiya Moskva in the Junior Hockey League (MHL). Notably, he got his breakthrough moment when the Omaha Lancers of the United States Hockey League (USHL) drafted him as the 88th overall pick in the 6th round of the 2023 Phase II USHL Draft.

Yegorov posted 8-25-3 with the USHL’s Omaha Lancers in his first season in North America. Interestingly, during the first half of the season he was ranked as the fourth overall goaltender behind Ryerson Leenders, Nicholas Kempf, and Carter George. He later passed them at the end of the season and was named to the USHL Rookie Second Team. Additionally, he is placed on “2024 NHL Draft: Players To Watch List”.
