Tyler Bertuzzi serves as a forward for the Chicago Blackhawks in the National Hockey League. Bertuzzi was the 58th overall pick in the draft and was called to the NHL in 2016 after playing with their AHL affiliate team Grand Rapids Griffins in the American Hockey League (AHL). However, Bertuzzi kept bouncing between the NHL and AHL.

In the 2016-2017 season, he stood out for the Griffins during their Calder Cup Victory. He was named for the Jack A. Butterfield Award as the Most Valuable Player of the season. Bertuzzi was a notable talent in the 2022-2023 season and was traded to the Boston Bruins in 2023. He was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs in the summer of 2023 and in 2024 he joined the Chicago Blackhawks.
