Erica started her basketball journey at Stanford University. She then entered the WNBA, playing for teams like the Indiana Fever, Atlanta Dream, Minnesota Lynx, and Washington Mystics. Recently, Erica returned to Stanford as an assistant coach, a big step in her career.

Justin McCall, the youngest sibling, also loves basketball. He's four years younger than Erica and looks up to both his sisters. Justin played college basketball for CSU Bakersfield, wearing number 22 - the same number his father wore for the school in the 1990s.
