She has featured for the Canberra Capitals in the 2017/18 season and moved to the Melbourne Boomers. In her period in the WNBL, she received Youth Player of the Year awards in 2018, 2020, and 2022. The Seattle Storm drafted Magbegor in the 2019 WNBA Draft with the 12th overall pick. She is a Rookie of the Year and has played in the WNBA since 2020, for which she supported the Storm to clinch the Championship title.
