Jake Paul is a famed American internet personality, vlogger, actor, and professional boxer. After having a successful stint in the entertainment industry, Paul gained traction on the internet, where he gradually transitioned into combat sports. Before starting to compete in professional boxing, Paul started as an amateur boxer and faced Deji Olatunji in a six-round fight on August 25, 2018. Paul won the fight by a fifth-round TKO.

On January 30, 2020, Jake Paul made his first professional walk into a professional boxing bout. He was pitted against AnEsonGib in a six-round bout. Paul made quick work of his inaugural professional opponent and dispatched him by TKO in the first round to kick off his career with a dominant victory.

After a couple of fights inside the squared circle, Jake Paul started challenging retired professional mixed martial artists in professional boxing bouts. He defeated the likes of Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley, Anderson Silva, and Nate Diaz.
