The Baltimore Ravens are a professional American football team which is based in Baltimore. The Ravens were established in 1996 after Art Modell, the owner of the Cleveland Browns, announced his plans to relocate the franchise from Cleveland to Baltimore. Modell, as a part of the settlement, had to leave the Browns' history, team colors, and records in Cleveland. Although Art Modell was allowed to take his team to Baltimore, he formed an expansion team which is now known as the Baltimore Ravens.

In 2004, the Ravens were bought by Steve Bisciotti. According to Forbes, the Ravens are worth over $5 billion which makes them one of the most valued teams in the NFL. The Ravens have been one of the most successful franchises in the NFL since 2000 they have appeared in 16 playoff games and have won two Super Bowls in 2001 and 2013. They are only the second team that has been undrafted in multiple Super Bowl appearances. The Ravens have been led by many great coaches and John Harbaugh has entered his 17th season with the program.
