The Jacksonville Jaguars are one of the youngest NFL franchises which joined the league as an expansion team along with the Carolina Panthers in 1995. The Jaguars initially competed in the AFC Central Division before being reorganized into the AFC South division of the NFL. As a starter in the NFL the Jacksonville Jaguars enjoyed initial success by making it to the NFL Playoffs in four consecutive seasons (after their first season). They even won two Divisional titles within the first five seasons in the NFL. The Jaguars’ first ever draft pick Tony Boselli went on to become the greatest Jaguars player to date. Along with quarterback Mark Brunell and wide receiver Jimmy Smith, the Jaguars enjoyed their most successful seasons in the NFL. The primary colors of the Jaguars are teal, black and gold. The team was initially established by Wayne Weaver in 1993. Pakistani-American business tycoon Shahid Khan purchased the Jaguars in 2011. The Jacksonville Jaguars are currently worth around $3.48 billion.
