Carter Verhaeghe is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward for the Florida Panthers. Drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2013, he was traded to the New York Islanders in 2015 and then to the Lightning in 2017. Verhaeghe made his NHL debut with Tampa Bay in 2019 and scored his first NHL goal that December. He had a hat trick in January 2020 and helped the Tampa Bay Lightning win the Stanley Cup that year.
