Charlie Coyle is an American professional ice hockey forward, playing for the Colorado Avalanche in the NHL as of 2025. Born on March 2, 1992, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, he was drafted 28th overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Before turning pro, he played college hockey at Boston University and later joined the Saint John Sea Dogs in the QMJHL.

Coyle began his NHL career with the Minnesota Wild in 2013 after being traded from San Jose. He quickly became a key player. In 2019, he was traded to the Boston Bruins, where he played a vital role in their deep playoff runs. In the following year, he achieved the Seventh Player Award. In 2022, the John P. Bucyk Award, and in 2023, Eddie Shore Award. In 2024, he joined the Colorado Avalanche.
