Dearica Hamby is a professional basketball player who plays for the Los Angeles Sparks in the WNBA. On April 10, 2015, Hamby was selected by the San Antonio Stars as the sixth overall pick in the first round of the WNBA Draft. On January 21, 2023, she was traded to the Los Angeles Sparks along with Amanda Zahui B.

Hamby was awarded the Sixth Woman of the Year award in 2019 and 2020 during her time with the Las Vegas Aces. In the 2023 season, Hamby was traded to the Los Angeles Sparks. In the 2024 WNBA season, Hamby showcased her leadership quality as she led the Sparks by averaging 17.3 points, 9.2 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 1.7 steals, all career-high numbers.
