The team plays its home game at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. Storm's mascot is Doppler, a maroon-furred creature with a cup anemometer on its head, and their theme song for the home games is AC/DC's "Thunderstruck". Their newsletter is "Stormwatch". Before February 28, 2008, the Storm was the sister team of the Seattle SuperSonics of the NBA. As of September 2024, Force 10 Hoops LLC has ownership of the franchise.
