Kiki Iriafen is a professional basketball player for the Washington Mystics in the WNBA. She plays as a forward and played her last season of collegiate basketball for the USC Trojans, a team that competes in the Big Ten Conference. She attended Harvard-Westlake High School before starting her college basketball career. She represented Stanford at the 2022 USA Basketball Women's 3x3 National Championship. At Stanford, she was named Pac-12 All-Freshman Team. Iriafen attended 33 games and averaged 4.2 points and 2.2 rebounds in 6.5 minutes per game in the 2021-22 season, as per her college roster. The following season, she attended 35 games and started 27 of them. She averaged 6.7 points and 3.8 rebounds in 12.1 minutes per game and was named to the Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll.

In the 2023-24 season, she won the Katrina McClain Award at Stanford and bagged the WBCA All-America Honorable Mention. She also grabbed the Associated Press All-America Honorable Mention and was the Pac-12 Most Improved Player of the Year. Additionally, Iriafen was named to the All-Pac-12 Team. She played 36 games that season and averaged 19.4 points and 11.0 rebounds per game. As of March 2025, Iriafen has entered their first season at USC following her transfer from Stanford as a graduate, according to her official athlete profile on the USC Trojans website.
