Jack Tuttle is an American college footballer, hailing from the town of San Marcos, California, USA. He was born on April 28, 1999. He plays for the Michigan Wolverines, as of 2024, and has previously played for the Indiana Hoosiers and Utah Utes. Growing up in his hometown, Tuttle attended Mission Hills High School. After a spectacular high school career, he was rated a four-star recruit by major sporting sites.

Over three colleges and from 2018 to 2024, Tuttle competed in 22 games including five starts, in which he had a record of 1 win and 4 defeats. Tuttle threw for 1,031 yards, six touchdowns, and six interceptions while completing 119 passes of the 199 attempts. He also made 54 rushing attempts for 117 yards.
