Nathaniel D'Lan Noel is a collegiate football running back for the Missouri Tigers in the Southeastern Conference of Division I FBS, as of December 2024. He attended Miami Northwestern Senior High School, where he began his football career. As per his Appalachian State Mountaineers player profile, he helped his high school win a third-straight 5-A State title in 2019 by rushing for 1,556 yards and 22 touchdowns as a senior. After being rated as a three-star recruit, Noel joined the Appalachian State Mountaineers in 2019.

He had a four-year collegiate career with the Mountaineers, where he recorded 3,074 rushing yards. He averaged 5.68 per carry with 18 career touchdowns while playing for the Mountaineers. In 2024, Noel made a transfer and joined the Missouri Tigers for his final year of eligibility. For the team, he played seven games in 2024, where he made 112 rushing attempts for 653 yards and three touchdowns. On the receiving front, Noel had 15 receptions from 44 yards, as of December 2024.
