Very little is known about his childhood as Claw Daimyo’s past is still shrouded in mystery. Claw Daimyo was just mentioned in the series and never had any visual appearance. Additionally, he is just mentioned in the Naruto anime and does not appear or receive any mentions in the Naruto series manga, making him a non-canon character in the series.
Due to his sparse mention in the series, close to nothing is known about his lineage or background, even his name is not common public knowledge. Based on the public information available, he serves as the Feudal Lord of the Land of Claws
Claw Daimyo made his debut appearance (mentioned) in Naruto episode 177, a filler episode of the Naruto anime. In the episode, the Land of Claws and the Land of Fangs were on the verge of war. To avoid war between these two countries and maintain peace, the Claw Daimyo wrote a peace letter to the Fang Daimy. Unfortunately, the courier man who was supposed to deliver the letter to the Fang Daimyo mixed up the letter with the manuscript of an upcoming addition to Jiraiya’s Icha Icha novel.
On top of that, the manuscript was ghostwritten by Naruto Uzumaki who supposedly added his own storylines to the novel. Fortunately, the Fang Daimyo was a fan of Jiraiya’s Icha Icha novel series and misunderstood it as a peace offering. He accepted it as a gift from the Claws Daimyo, reaching an agreement and calling off the war between their two nations.
Since Claw Daimyo has not been seen or mentioned since this incident, it is hard to determine whether he is dead or alive. Unless new information comes to light that suggests otherwise, it is currently believed that he is alive and well.
There isn't much information available regarding Claw Daimyo's personality due to his lack of appearance and relevant information in the series. From his actions in the series, it can be said that he is a kind man who wants to preserve peace for his countrymen and does not want his country to face the horrors of war.
The Claw Daimyo never had a visual appearance in the Naruto series, in either the anime or the manga. Because of it, his appearance is unknown.
The Claw Daimyo is royal blood and it is very likely that he never went through any kind of formal combat training. Based on this, it is presumed that he does not possess any combat abilities.
