Eetu Luostarinen is a Finnish center for the Florida Panthers as of 2025. He was drafted 42nd overall by the Carolina Hurricanes in 2017 and signed his entry-level contract on May 30, 2019. Luostarinen was traded to the Panthers on February 24, 2020, in the Vincent Trocheck deal. He set career highs in 2022–23 with 17 goals and 26 assists in 82 games. He signed a three-year contract with Florida on July 25, 2023.

Luostarinen was named to Finland’s roster for the 2024–25 4 Nations Face-Off after winning the Stanley Cup. He recorded 8 points (2 goals, 6 assists) in 24 playoff games. He also had the secondary assist on Vladimir Tarasenko’s goal that secured a 2–1 win in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Final against the New York Rangers.
