Ottawa Charge Roster

The Ottawa Charge is a professional women's ice hockey team in the PWHL, based in Ottawa, Ontario. They are one of the league's six charter franchises and play their home games at TD Place Arena. The team was founded in August 2023, with Michael Hirshfeld as general manager and Carla MacLeod as head coach. Their inaugural game was in January 2024, setting a new attendance record, and although they missed the playoffs, they led the league in attendance.

In their first season, Ottawa played under the name "PWHL Ottawa" and wore a league-wide jersey. The team colors were red, dark blue, and white. In September 2024, the team was officially named "Ottawa Charge".

According to the Hockey News, The Ottawa Charge finalized their roster for the 2024-25 PWHL season, on November 28, 2024. The forwards include key returnees like Emily Clark, Shiann Darkangelo, Brianne Jenner, and Natalie Snodgrass, along with new additions such as Mannon McMahon and Danielle Serdachny.

The defensive lineup features returning players Ashton Bell, Savannah Harmon, and Aneta Tejralová, as well as newcomers Stephanie Markowski and Ronja Savolainen. The goaltending trio includes veteran Emerance Maschmeyer, joined by Logan Angers and Gwyneth Philips. Reserves include Jessica Adolfsson, Taylor House, and Sam Isbell. The Charge opens their season against the Montréal Victoire at Place Bell.
