Alysha Angelica Clark was born on July 7, 1987, in Denver, Colorado, and she is a professional basketball player who is recognized for her ability to play multiple positions and her strong defense. At 5 feet 11 inches, Clark has been a force to reckon with in the WNBA playing for Las Vegas Aces. She started her college at Belmont University and then transferred to Middle Tennessee State University where she was one of the most prolific scorers in NCAA history. Clark was drafted by the San Antonio Silver Stars with the 17th overall pick in the 2010 WNBA draft but rose to prominence with the Seattle Storm where she won the WNBA championships in 2018 and 2020.

Apart from basketball, Clark is a leader and an active member of the community. She has been a social justice warrior and has been involved in several community service activities. Her passion for the cause does not end with basketball as she has been involved with organizations that deal with education and youth. Clark’s commitment to her sport and her community has won her the admiration of fans and fellow athletes, making her a role model on and off the basketball court.

Clark dedicated her 2023 season to him and in an emotional interview after winning the 2023 WNBA championship said that he was her sixth man throughout her career, supporting her at all times.

He also performed as the lead vocalist in an R&B vocal group called Envy, which also included singer Ne-Yo, Solomon Ridge, and Ray Blaylock.
