Calvin Ridley is a wide receiver in the NFL who is currently playing for his third team, the Tennessee Titans. Before his newly signed contract with the Titans in 2024, Ridley started his professional career with the Atlanta Falcons after he was drafted in the 2018 NFL Draft with pick number 26. After four years with the Falcons, he joined the Jacksonville Jaguars halfway through 2022.

Unfortunately, though, Ridley found himself in a spot of bother when he was caught betting on NFL games and was suspended by the league for the entirety of the 2022 season. After being away from the game for a full year, Ridley returned in 2023 as a part of the Jaguars roster and led the team in receiving yards with 1,016 to his name.

Ridley, a native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida began his journey of professional football when he attended Monarch High School in Florida. He was rated as a five-star recruit and was generally considered the best receiver in his class. He continued his path toward the NFL by spending three years playing collegiate football for the Alabama Crimson Tide at the University of Alabama.

Calvin Ridley 40 time

Calvin Ridley set a 40 time of 4.43 seconds at the 2018 NFL Combine. Ridley’s time of 4.43 seconds is a little faster than the standard 4.48 seconds that NFL receivers take on average. Considering this fact, we can conclude that Ridley is one of the fastest wideouts in the league even though he may not be at the top.

As a result, defensive backs in the league have their work cut out for them while defending the Fort Lauderdale native.

Calvin Ridley Height

The former Atlanta Falcons receiver stands at a height of 6 ft 1 in (1.85 m). Although this doesn’t make him the tallest receiver in the league, he still has enough height to cause matchup problems with certain defensive backs who may be a shade shorter than him.

In any case, his lean body, athleticism, and speed are the main factors which has helped him along the way to being a number-one receiver for the team.

Calvin Ridley Weight

The former first-round pick weighs around 190 lb (86 kg). Typically, most of the receivers in the league of his height are in the same weight range. His overall frame allows him to run his routes to the best of his ability by being able to cut both ways with ease as well as with quickness in his mobility.
