Georgia-born cornerback Kamari Quincey Lassiter is an experienced prospect entering the 2024 NFL Draft. He also has a decorated cabinet winning two consecutive CFP national championships. Lassiter is no stranger to big stages appearing in two bowls and championship games ( 2021 Orange Bowl, 2021 & 2022 CFP National Championship,2023 Orange Bowl) in his college career.

Lassiter also participated in the 2024 NFL Combine impressing a few scouts. He put up a prospect grade of 6.22 being rated as to eventually become a starter. Lassiter had a production score of 71 while his total score was 70 at the event. Lassiter is predicted to be drafted in the third round while being compared to Deandre Baker by the NFL analysts.

Kamari Lassiter High School

Growing up in Tuscaloosa, Kamari Lassiter attended the American Christian Academy. A versatile player who also played as a wide receiver was ranked as a four-star prospect coming out of high school. Lassiter was marked as the #7 prospect in Alabama ranking 212th nationally. In his high school career, Lassiter had 103 receptions for 2,488 yards and 35 touchdowns while being named as 2020 Sports Illustrated All-American Football candidate.

Lassiter also appeared in the record 12-1 win helping to a state championship runner-up title. He also recorded 210 tackles, having 20 tackles for loss & 10 interceptions. Lassiter was the #18 defensive back prospect and was also on the Top 350 All-American List coming out of high school.

Kamari Lassiter College

Kamari Lassiter committed to the Georgia Bulldogs in 2021. He has appeared in 44 games for the Bulldogs recording 60 solo and 86 total tackles. Lassiter became a regular in 2022 starting in all 15 games as DB. He had four tackles, one for lost yardage, and a pass breakup in the SEC Championship Game vs. LSU. He finished his season before entering the draft on a high, making it to consecutive seasons with over 35 total tackles. Lassiter was selected to the All-SEC Second Team in 2023 which was potentially his best season.
