Kevin Patrick Hayes is an American ice hockey player who plays for the Pittsburgh Penguins in the NHL. He grew up in Dorchester, Boston, and developed his skills at Noble and Greenough School. Hayes was selected 24th overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2010 NHL Draft but chose to play four years at Boston College, following his brother Jimmy. During his senior year, he earned spots on the All-Hockey East First Team and the AHCA East First-Team All-American.
