Where did Edgerrin Cooper go to high school?

Edgerrin Cooper played his college football for the Texas A&M Aggies and was the linebacker for his team. He started his college football career in 2020 and played for four seasons before declaring for the 2024 NFL draft. Cooper is not only a great defender but he also posted his 40-yard dash in 4.51 seconds.

Cooper put on quite a display playing for the Aggies and according to SI.com, he said “Whoever wants me, I’m ready to put on a show.” Cooper started his college football career in 2020 and in his true freshman season he had two tackles in only two games that he played due to a shortened season in 2020.

In his second season with the Aggies in 2021, Cooper had 58 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sacks, an interception, and a pass deflection. In 2022, Cooper played in 12 games and recorded 61 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss, an interception, five pass deflections, a fumble recovery, and a forced fumble. For his final season with the Aggies, Cooper had his breakout season as he tallied 84 tackles, 17.0 tackles for loss, 8.0 sacks, two pass deflections, a fumble recovery and two forced fumbles.

For his outstanding play in 2023, Cooper was named Consensus All-American in 2023, and First-team All-SEC in 2023. He was also named to the SEC All Freshman Team in 2021.

Copper was born in Covington, Louisiana, on November 17, 2001 and is 22 years of age. He is a former four-star recruit and for his senior year, Cooper recorded 118 tackles with 22 being for a loss, two sacks, and five touchdowns on offense.
