American football cornerback Kamal Hadden was born on January 17, 2001. He participated in the 2024 NFL Combine where he was rated as an eventual starter as he put up a prospect grade of 6.10. Hadden also finished the event in the top 15 cornerbacks at the combine in terms of production score (71). He also had his Next Gen Stats as 72 which is considered as good.

Hadden had a total score of 72 as he also impressed in terms of athleticism at the Combine. He is said to have the legs, and strength and can anticipate route breaks.

Hadden attended the University of Tennessee from 2021 to 2023. He found his feet in the 2022 season as he appeared in all nine games recording 51 tackles and two interceptions. He also tied a season-high by recording nine tackles (seven solos) vs Clemson in the Orange Bowl. He led the team in tackles for the second time that season.

Hadden was on a good start as his defensive coverage grade was 90.4 in 2023. He also ranked fifth in the country and second among SEC cornerbacks, according to Pro Football Focus. Hadden suffered a season-ending injury after having 19 tackles in seven games in 2023.

Hadden initially committed to Independence Community College coming out of high school. He recorded 21 tackles as a freshman in 2019 while his second season couldn’t be started because of the pandemic.
