Currently ranked No. 86 in the world, Lestienne has a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 48 which he achieved in 2023. The Frenchman has made it past Round-1 of a Grand Slam only on one occasion, at the 2023 Australian Open. He has a compact style of play and good pace around the court; the 31-year-old grew up idolizing Rafael Nadal.
